How does it work?

What do we accept?

High Street Brands (e.g. Next, M&S, Zara, Gap, Benetton, etc.) – excellent condition only. £3 per KG

Premium Brands (Frugi, Boden, Toby Tiger, Kite Clothing, etc.) - in Excellent condition only. From £4 per KG

Budget Brands (e.g. Primark, H&M, Nutmeg, George, etc.) – accepted in new condition with tags only. £1.50 per KG

Designer Brands (e.g. Sarah Louise, Emile et Rose, Paz Rodriguez, etc.) – excellent condition only. Individually priced, with a quote provided after reviewing photos and details.


To maintain quality, I do not accept items from Shein, Temu, or similar mass-produced fast fashion brands.

What condition do they have to be in?

High Street and Premium brands must be in excellent condition. This means no stains, marks, holes, bobbling, fading, or signs of heavy wear. Items should be clean, well cared for, and resale-ready.

Budget and supermarket brands are only accepted if new with tags attached. Worn or washed items from these brands cannot be accepted.

Please also ensure items are relatively current in style. I do not accept outdated clothing (generally anything over 5 years old), unless agreed in advance.

True vintage items may be considered separately – feel free to message with photos and details for review.

What do we not accept?

We do not accept items from Shein, Temu, or similar ultra fast fashion / mass-produced brands.

We do not accept any used underwear, socks, or swimwear for hygiene reasons.

We do not accept personalised items (e.g. names, initials, or custom prints).

We do not accept school uniform unless it is brand new with tags attached.

We do not accept holiday-specific or novelty clothing (e.g. “My First Holiday”, location-based prints, or heavily themed items).

We do not accept counterfeit or non-genuine branded items under any circumstances.

We do not accept items with stains, damage, excessive wear, or strong odours.

We do not accept outdated styles (generally over 5 years old), unless agreed in advance as true vintage pieces.

How does postage work?

Once you’ve completed your application form and provided an estimated parcel weight, we’ll advise on the best postage option.

We are able to provide a free postage option for parcels weighing 7kg or more. However, please note that parcels sent using this service are not covered for loss, damage, or missing items in transit.

For peace of mind, we recommend arranging your own tracked and insured delivery service. All items should be securely packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

How long does payment take?

Once your items arrive with us, please allow 3–4 working days for us to quality check, sort, and accurately weigh your parcel.

We’ll then send you an update along with your final quote based on the items that meet our guidelines.

Items that do not meet our quality standards will be excluded from the quote. If you would like any rejected items returned, this can be arranged at the sender’s cost.

If you choose not to accept the quote provided, you will need to arrange collection or return of your items at your own expense.

Once the quote is accepted, payment will be arranged promptly.

How is payment made?

We offer payment via bank transfer or store credit — the choice is yours.

Once your quote has been accepted, payment will be arranged within 2–3 working days.

Bank transfers will be made using the details you provide, and store credit will be added directly to your account for immediate use.
