Ready for a wardrobe clear-out?

When you're prepared to sell your preloved children's clothing to us, the initial step is for you to review our terms & conditions and make certain you're only sending us items that meet our guidelines. Reach out if you have any questions.

Quality Check

Check the quality of your items to ensure they meet our standards of good, very good, or new condition. Make sure all fastenings like poppers, zips, buttons, velcro, and laces are in perfect working order.

Make sure your items are free from stains, damage, excessive wear, stretching and discolouration.

Fold & Pack

Neatly fold your items and pack them in suitable packaging, ensuring they are secure. We cannot pay for items that become damaged during transit due to unsuitable packaging. Please ensure your items are clean, and recently washed. We do not accept dirty or foul smelling items. 

Weigh & fill in our Form

Once you've finished packing your items, weigh your parcel and complete our 'Sell to Us' form (Its at the bottom of this page). We'll pay for your postage if your parcel/s weigh over 7KG. You must be able to print a label from home. We'll send you the label, for you to attach to your parcel. Simply drop your parcel to your nearest drop off point.

For LARGE parcels of 15+ KG, we will arrange for a courier to collect from your home. You'll still need to securely pack your parcel and print the labels we provide you with.

Please note - We CANNOT Pay for your postage if you are unable to weigh and measure your parcels. We need accurate weights and measurements to be able to pay for postage labels. 

Quality Check & Payment 

Once your parcel arrived with us, we'll quality check each item to ensure it meets our high standards and we'll contact you to confirm our quote. If we have rejected items, we'll let you know what we've deducted for those. If you accept our confirmed quote, we'll ask you to complete our acceptance form which will allow us to complete our transaction and issue your payment. 

Please note, it can take us up to 4-5 working days to quality check your items. 

Paypal payments incur a small fee when issued.

Bank Transfer payments can take up to 4-5 working days.

Store Credit payments can take up to 2-3 working days.

What We Pay

We pay £1.50 per KG for 0 to 18-24 months

We pay £2.00 per KG for 2-3 years, up to 15-16 years

These prices are based on good condition clothing, paid by bank transfer or paypal

We'll pay up to 66% more when choosing store credit

What We Accept

We accept most baby & children's items and most brands

We only accept items in new, very good and good condition. We only accept shoes in new & very good condition

Examples of Accepted Items 

Good condition clothing with little or no signs of wear. They must be clean, free of foul odours and free of pet hair. 

 Examples of Rejected Items

Clothing must not be stained, discoloured, stretched, shrunk, missing parts, faded or damaged. We do not accept items with loose threads, damage to print or without original labels. We also do not accept items without working fastenings like laces, cords, velcro, elastic, buttons, poppers etc.

We only want items that are suitable for other families to use, to save disappointment please do not send items that are likely to be rejected.
